COMPASSION FOCUSED THERAPY

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) helps us to

understand how our tricky brains respond to dissopointments, difficulties, and loss. Using CFT we can better understand our emtional reactions and how to respond to them with wamth and kindness. 

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on the connection between thoughts, actions and emotions. You will learn to reevaluate thoughts and beliefs that interfere with your optimal state and practice new behaviors that will change the way you feel.

MINDFULNESS BASED ADDICTION RECOVERY

If you are finding it difficult to change patterns of substance use, the model of Mindfulness Based Addiction Recovery (MBAR) can help. MBAR is a is a secular mindfulness-based approach promoting recovery from addiction and working positively with slips and relapses. It can help you to understand the reasons that motivate substance use and how to use that awareness to change your responses.

DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY

The goal in this therapy is to help you attain the life you picture for yourself. You will learn skills to increase your tolerance of distressing emotions, minimize the ups and downs of mood, improve interpersonal effectiveness and enjoy your experiences.
